Culture and art share meeting of practical teaching week of School of Asian Language and Culture was held in the afternoon of Oct 28 in Dream Auditorium on Xiaoheshan Campus. Teachers and Students from Department of Korean, Japanese and Arabic performed a splendid cultural feast, and more than 300 teachers, students and foreign teachers from School of Asian Languages and Cultures participated in the event.
Solemn & Elegant Japanese Culture

At the beginning, Japanese teacher Nishihara Keisuke from Okinawa County performed the Okinawa three string, whose melody is lively and exciting. The Japanese teacher Ueyama Haruna provided visual, sensational and gustatory enjoyment to the teachers and guests present with her exquisite tea ceremony.
Solemn & Mysterious Arabic Culture
Que Shuigen, a senior from Department of Arabic, performed the Arabic song in a traditional way. The solemn lection in the deep voice refreshed the audiences’ mind like the sound of nature, not only brought a kind of exotic feeling to them, but also deepened their understanding of the Arabic world.

Lively & Moving Korean Culture
Lee Myeong hui, a teacher from Seoul, lead audiences into a joyous atmosphere with her son “You the star”. The Chinese Korean teacher Kim Yong jin deeply moved every audience with his traditional Korean mask dance. Finally, the Kimbap made by all teachers and students from Department of Korean pushed the activity to a climax, the audiences tasted Korean cuisine and enjoyed Korean culture at the same time.
